As with all fortuitous events, the decision to
open our studio was totally spontaneous – it
come about when two years ago, on a beautiful
spring day my husband and I saw that spacious,
sunlit art-nouveau apartment in the center of Riga
that recently became available for rent. We
instantly agreed that we couldn’t find a better
place for yoga and meditation.
The studio has a big room suitable for yoga
practice and meditation, while the room next to it
is a salon for tea ceremonies, little concerts,
diners or any kind of celebration. It’s also great for
simply connecting and relaxing with a group after
a yoga class.
In the studio we have one more room for
private sessions of healing therapy: massage,
reiki, hypnotherapy. We invite teachers from all
over the world to share their masterclasses,
lectures, workshops, and concerts. The feedback
we receive is always very positive and uplifting.
They encourage us to continue to grow and to
offer to our community new meaningful events in
service of spiritual growth, wellbeing, and culture

because they bring positive changes and
transformation in people’s lives.
During the short period of time since we
opened the studio, our international community is
expanding more and more. Although the studio is
relatively small and is most suitable for a private
format, we always manage to accommodate
every guest for any event.
My dream is to make our beautiful studio a
safe, peaceful, and joyful oasis in the city; a place
where our guests can feel welcomed and at ease;
where everyone can unwind, relieve tension and
receive what they need in this moment. My goal is
to help everyone who enters its doors leave
feeling happier, unburden, and inspired.
